Valentine's Week!

With 6 grandparents and a Mommy & Daddy who spoil them rotten our kids have a week long Valentine's celebration! Thank you for all the goodies--- cookies from Grammy & Poppy, books, workbooks and singing cards from Nana & a cool bubble blower from Meme & Papaw. Here are some pics from the week.

Will brought Valentine's to school today. He had to write his name on the back of each card. He took it very serious!

"Thanks for my yummy cookies, Grammy!"

Our happy girl with her Daddy!

This Valentine shirt says, "Daddy's Lil Cupcake"

My sweet girl! Her tongue is always out these days!

Our annual picture!

Maren is about 1 second away from a meltdown! When she can finally get a hold of William he is going to be in trouble!

This is William winking at me! He tries so hard to mimic me when I do it to him.

Gee, I don't know why we're already out of bubbles.

It wouldn't be a "holiday" at the Lipani household without a special dessert. Michael worked from home today and found time to make a treat for all of us. William claimed the little heart cakes as his!

My Favorite Babysiter!

This is Maren Clare's favorite babysiter and my wonderful friend Carson. Carson stayed with Maren when I took William to Diego. I cannot even begin to thank her enough for giving William & I our date night and letting us stay out a little later to visit Mel and Baby Jack!

New Foods!

We've started doing new foods with Maren. She's been eating cereal for a while and now we added a vegetable at night. We did green peas earlier in the week and tonight we tried sweet potatoes. She's doing great! (Look at these chubby cheeks!)

Daddy, Mae & Will

Here are some shots from yesterday. I love to get pictures of Michael and the kids.
It's pure love!

Here are a few more pictures of Maren. She is getting so big. She should be sitting up by herself in the next month so we're working on it. She loves her exersaucer and I even have her sitting the highchair now for dinner.

Ready to go riding!

Santa brought William a tricycle. Unfortunately the weather has been too cold to really get out and ride. We finally had a beautiful Saturday so we headed to the park. Before we could go to the park we had to get a bike helmet. This was completely at William's request. All of the kids' TV shows emphasize that you must wear a bike helmet to ride your bike. We found the perfect set-- a Lightning McQueen helmet, elbow pads and knee pads. He cracks me up when he has the whole outfit on! (May I remind you that his tricyle is less than 2 feet off the ground, but he's completely protected!)

We had to stop by Aunt Mel & Uncle Mike's house so William tried it on for everyone to see.
We stopped by their house so we could drop off the cookie cake
Michael made for Mel (and Jack).

There aren't any big hills on the walking path, but whenever William would get to a slight incline he would say, "I'm struggling!"

Maren was tucked in tight and warm in her stroller most of the time at the park.

I took these pictures from afar of the play areas. This is a brand new park and it is always packed! I often wonder where everyone went before the park was open. There had to be at least a couple hundred people and about 50+ dogs.
William climbing the rock wall. It was really too crowded for him to play for long.

Go Diego Go!

Santa brought William tickets to go see Go Diego Go at the Fox Theatre. Since Michael is still out of town just William and I went to the show. We had a great time! The Fox is a great theatre. It looks just like the Saenger, but not as big. Will was fascinated with the "stars" on the ceiling. This was a first for both of us to see a live performance by one of his TV show characters. It was cute and surprisingly not too annoying! Dora the Explorer even made a guest appearance. The kids went nuts! Here are a couple of shots I got of my silly little guy and the show.

Welcome Baby Jack!

Jack Fraser DeFusco was born on February 1st at 11:27pm. He's a little guy weighing in at 6lbs. 14 oz. and 18 inches long. Mel is doing great! Jack is an absolute doll-- a beautiful baby boy!
